Check actual quantities
Enter the quantity physically present beside each Content, including zero if none is left. Review differences confirms and saves the new counts and date of the check. The house icon completes the check before going Home.
Count what is actually there
- Open the parent Thing, then Contents and Stockcheck Contents. Enter each actual quantity, including zero for stock that is missing.
- Review the differences before saving. Saving updates quantities and records the check date.
- A stockcheck records the physical balance. Use Add more items or Remove items for routine arrivals and usage.
Scan or count
The Contents barcode scanner finds matching entries and offers quantity actions. For a stockcheck, record the quantities physically present in the actual-count fields and review the differences before saving.
